The questions every new client asks before their first top-up. Anything else, just drop us a line.
You submit a task in the client portal — a short brief, links, references. We review, propose an hour estimate (with a brief breakdown), and queue it as 'pending approval'. Nothing is deducted from your balance until you click approve. If our estimate looks off, you can ask for a revision before approving.
We log work in 15-minute increments against the approved task. The ledger updates in near real-time so you can see the deduction the same day work happens. If a task finishes under the estimate, only the actual time used is deducted — the rest stays in your balance.
Each top-up generates a downloadable invoice in the portal at purchase time. Invoices include your company details, VAT number (EU reverse charge supported), and the package purchased. There are no monthly invoices because billing is upfront per package.
Small tasks (under 4h) get an estimate within a business day and are usually shipped within 2–3 business days. Mid-size work (4–20h) is scoped within 24h and scheduled into the next available sprint slot. For larger application work, we'll align on a delivery plan up front.
No expiration is enforced by the platform. Your balance carries forward across tasks and months. If anything specific applies to your engagement, we'll confirm it in writing before you purchase.
Yes — many clients top up on a rolling basis to lock in larger-package rates and keep capacity reserved. Balances stack, so a TechFlex 40 added on top of 8h remaining gives you 48h to spend.
