All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos and code samples, is the property of ITEMAP unless otherwise stated. Project deliverables are governed by the individual contract signed with each client.

4. Limitation of liability

ITEMAP is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or services beyond the limits agreed in writing.

5. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Slovak Republic. Any disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of Bratislava.
