TopUpro
Sell time like a product. Track every hour like an asset.
TopUpro is a multi-tenant SaaS that turns service hours into a packaged product. Agencies and freelancers sell prepaid blocks, clients approve task estimates, and every minute lands in an immutable ledger with invoices and live balance tracking.
Service businesses bleed hours in spreadsheets.
Most agencies and consultants run on a chaotic mix of retainers, ad-hoc invoices and time trackers nobody trusts. Clients argue over scope; teams write off hours; finance closes the month with a guess. We needed a single command center that made hours sellable, approvable and auditable in real-time — without forcing professionals into rigid retainer contracts.
- No transparent ledger between provider and client
- Time tracking disconnected from billing and approvals
- Scope creep absorbed by the agency, not negotiated
An operating system for prepaid service hours.
We designed TopUpro around three primitives — packages, approvals and a ledger. Service professionals publish hour packages with their own pricing. Clients top up, submit tasks, and approve hour estimates before any work starts. Every minute spent is logged in 15-minute increments against an immutable ledger that both sides can audit at any time.
- Multi-tenant workspaces with custom branding and pricing
- Stripe-powered top-ups with auto-generated PDF invoices
- Task approvals with versioned estimates and revision rounds
- Real-time ledger of top-ups, deductions and outstanding hours
Predictable revenue. Trust on both sides of the table.
Within the first quarter of operation, providers reported faster cashflow (revenue collected before work starts), zero invoice disputes thanks to per-task approvals, and dramatically less time spent on admin — replaced by a single ledger view that closes the month for them.
- 100% of hours invoiced upfront via prepaid packages
- Zero invoice disputes after approval workflow rollout
- Average ~6h/week saved per provider on billing admin
